Review by hotel critic
During my recent architectural exploration in Istanbul, I had the pleasure of staying at Harmony Hotel, an enchanting blend of historical significance and modern comforts. Nestled less than 200 meters from the ancient Hippodrome and within walking distance of iconic sites like Hagia Sophia and the Grand Bazaar, its location provides an ideal starting point for discovering the mosaic of serpentine streets that characterize Sultanahmet. The hotel boasts newly refurbished rooms with stunning views of the Sea of Marmara, making it a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. The rooftop terrace was a highlight of my stay; sipping a refreshing drink while taking in the panoramic views was simply irresistible. The staff's warm hospitality, especially from Mr Mesut, who was always eager to assist, made the experience even more delightful. With a superb breakfast featuring a variety of local Turkish dishes sourced from regional produce, Harmony Hotel not only satisfies the palate but also embodies the rich culture of the area. In short, Harmony Hotel offers a unique architectural charm combined with exceptional service, making it a standout gem in Istanbul's historical heart. I look forward to returning on my next adventure!
